1) How long will it take to get my order? Without imprinting 5-7 days is normal. With engraving on a brass plate normal time is 5-7 days. Custom impringing and laser engraving please allow 2-3 weeks. 2) How do I order more than one item? Please send me an additional order. I do this because of the engraving/printing. Each order usually has different words on the metal label. You may also place additional information in the comments box on the order form. 3) Is the shipping price only for one item? The shipping is usually enough for 2 or 3 products at a time. 4) How many words can I put on the engraving band? I have placed as many as 120 letters on the bands. This is approximately 4 lines with 5-6 words per line (Maximum 30 Characters Per Line). 5) I don't want to order over the internet. Can I order by Fax?
